Founded in 2013 and FCA-authorised since 2014, ShareIn provides the technology that powers direct investment platforms for some of the UK's leading alternative finance brands. The platform handles investor onboarding, fundraising, ISA management, client money and compliance reporting — enabling clients to focus on raising capital. ShareIn has supported over £700m of capital raised and more than 200,000 investors onboarded across its client platforms.
