We're pleased to announce that ShareIn's Head of Risk, Andrea Blackie, has been appointed as a Director of the UK Crowdfunding Association (UKCFA) at the association's June AGM.
ShareIn are founding members of the UKCFA, an organisation which serves as a voice for the diverse and vibrant crowdfunding industry across government, media, regulators, and the general public.
Andrea brings over 5 years' experience in compliance and risk in investment-based crowdfunding to her UKCFA directorship, as well as involvement in other membership organisations such as FinTech Scotland. She will be supporting the UKCFA's policy and regulatory lobbying efforts, with the goal of championing crowdfunding and promoting financial inclusion. Find out more about the UKCFA on their website.
